Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Certified O&M instructor (COMS) with a minimum of a Bachelor Degree. Five years, experience working with visually impaired 18+, with a minimum one year in a management/supervisory capacity. Knowledge of community resources, government programs and professional organizations. Strong organizational and leadership skills, time management, proficiency in basic computer programs, budget development required.
