Shore Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Orientation and Mobility Specialist to join our team and support students in a school setting. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who is dedicated to helping children develop independence and mobility skills that will serve them for a lifetime.
Position Highlights
- Competitive Pay ($75+ per hour)
- Salisbury, Maryland
- Work Schedule: School bell hours: 20 hours per month (no evenings or weekends!)

Qualifications
- Certified Orientation & Mobility Specialist (COMS) credential
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience working with children
- Strong communication, patience, and dedication to student success
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized and group orientation & mobility instruction to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student learning goals
- Develop and implement strategies that promote safety, independence, and confidence in mobility
