Envision Dallas has immediate need for contract (PRN), Texas licensed OTR/L to cover short term contract 2/20/24-6/5/24.  OTR/L is responsible for providing OT assessments, writing plan of care, and implementing training needs following plan of care in office setting and/or in clients home, as applicable, for low vision clients in collaborative team care environment.  

Flexible schedule, competitive pay 

CLVT preferred; low vision training and experience required

Ability to be mentored by CLVT accepted to cover this temporary need
