Description of CE Program/Activity
 This program will provide an educational opportunity for SWBRC staff to receive up-to-date information on the technique called Progressive Muscle Relaxation, which is an effective procedure to reduce muscle tension and the experience of anxiety. This program will ultimately, after getting feedback from staff, be offered to the Students at SWBRC to assist in their overall wellness program.
