CC-14SVN Purpose: SVN meetings present a forum for providing educational leadership and support to Teachers of the Blind and Visually Impaired (TBVI) and Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialists (COMS) with an opportunity to share resources, learn current teaching techniques, acquire technology updates, and gain relevant information related to the field of teaching students who are blind or visually impaired (BVI).
