Description of CE Program/Activity
 Led by Aimee Van Koughnett, a registered social worker and trauma specialist, this interactive virtual training willsupport service providers in deepening their understanding of the neuroscience of behaviour, particularly for individuals who have experienced trauma and loss.Grounded in brain based and relationship focused approaches, the session will focus on practical strategies to:Support individuals of all ages in building resilience and well being. Respond to grief and behavioral responses related to vision loss. Apply informed self care strategies to sustain staff while managing the emotional demands of their work.
