This course describes the development, adaptation, and evaluation of the Job Search Blueprint, an evidence based job search skills training for adults with blindness or low vision. Learners will examine the program s theoretical foundations, group based instructional components, and delivery through videoconferencing. The course reviews findings from a randomized controlled trial assessing job search knowledge, mental health, and employment outcomes. Participants will also learn about common interview and rsum challenges for job seekers with visual impairments and explore implications for rehabilitation counseling practice and distance service delivery. |
