This session will explore how the tools and resources available through the DirectEmployers Association can support effective use of labor market information, informed career planning, and successful job placement. Attendees will be guided through accessing and utilizing daily job leads, identifying quality remote opportunities, and building connections with employers within the DirectEmployers network. In addition, the session will highlight strong business partnerships and provide practical strategies for staff to begin leveraging these relationships immediately to better support client placement outcomes. Participants will leave with actionable insights and tools to enhance their workforce development efforts.1.
