Description of CE Program/Activity
 Charting the Cs has been in existence in one form or another since 1991. The Cs in Charting the Cs stand for Collaboration, Communication, Cooperation. It is a 5 year federal grant formally called the Statewide Professional Development to Support the Workforce and Low Incidence Disability Areas in the State of Minnesota. The services provided under this program are: Main Conference, Student Family Summit and Community of Practice.
