The 2026 BVI/DB/DHH Program Supervisor Retreat brings together supervisors and administrators who lead programs for students who are blind or visually impaired (BVI), deaf or hard of hearing (DHH), and deafblind (DB). Across three focused days, participants will explore critical legal considerations, build skills in appreciative and sustainable leadership, and collaborate on practical approaches to addressing persistent staffing shortages. This retreat is designed to provide time and space for deep learning, reflection, and cross-program collaboration supporting supervisors as they navigate complex systems while sustaining their own well-being and that of their teams. |
