Description of CE Program/Activity
 This interactive session is designed to introduce staff to the evolving role of artificial intelligence (AI) and client services. Participants will explore what AI means in the context of their work, share current experiences or questions, and begin developing a collective understanding of how AI tools could enhance service delivery, efficiency, and accessibility. The session emphasizes open dialogue, practical exploration, and collaborative planning for next steps.By the end of this session, participants will be able to:1.Understand the purpose and relevance of AI in the blind/low-vision field and its potential impact on clients and service delivery.2.Discuss current experiences, comfort levels, and concerns related to using AI in daily work.3.Identify opportunities where AI could support or improve workflow, communication, or client outcomes.4.Collaboratively plan practical next steps to explore AI tools and training that align with the department s goals and values.
