The purpose of this training is to provide basic knowledge and instruction on the Stellar Trek as an orientation aid for Veterans. Participants will learn the basics of how to use the device for orientation, powering device on, setting landmarks and creating routes. The Stellar Trek has other features including Address detection, Text recognition, Color detection, Barcode Scanning, and Compass, which can assist Veteran in other areas outside of orientation. This presentation will provide an overview on the use of the device in order to be able to carry out an assessment and provide Veterans a better description of what the device has to offer. |
