This course is based on findings from a 5-year research project that adapted a virtual interview training program and tested it with transition-age youth who are blind or have low vision. The course provides an overview of the program, explains research on its usability and effectiveness, and offers practical guidance for implementation. Participants will gain insights into employment barriers, learn strategies to enhance interview preparation, and discover how virtual interview training can complement existing services. |
