Introduction:This training will focus on the importance of defining the differences between Service Dogs, Emotional Support Animals versus Therapy Dogs and how the Americans Disability Act laws pertain to each classification of working animal. Participants will be able to get a detailed understanding of what different types of Service Dogs do and how to best support Veterans who handle service animals. Participants will learn about ADA laws, Public Access Rights, as well as equal housing laws for Emotional Support Animals and Therapy Dogs. |
