As our agency shifts towards a shared workspace model, building strong habits around personal responsibility, and etiquette becomes essentially. This training is designed to help staff adapt to these changes by promoting respective use of shared spaces. Participants will learn practical strategies for supporting a positive work environment through everyday actions that ensure confidentiality for consumers.
