The purpose of this training is to provide blind rehab staff with a virtual presentation on using Meta Glasses to support Veterans in their rehabilitation journey. This training will be delivered remotely via TEAMS and will cover the Meta Glasses set up, Meta View app interface navigation, and potential applications of Meta Glasses in blind rehabilitation.Meta Glasses offer augmented reality (AR) and accessibility tools that can assist Veterans with vision impairments by enhancing orientation, daily living skills, reading documents, identifying items and assistive technology use. This presentation will provide an overview of how Meta Glasses function and their role in supporting Veterans in both clinical and home settings. |
