The CTEBVI conference is designed to provide professional development to those working in schools with students who are visually impaired/blind. The attendees include teachers of the visually impaired (TVI), transcribers (braille specialists), O&M specialists (orientation and mobility), administrators overseeing programs for students with vision impairments, people preparing to become a vision specialist and in a college or training program, parents of BVI children, and youth who are visually impaired. |
