Students who are blind and low vision, including students who are multilingual learners, students who are deafblind, and students who have additional disabilities, may miss opportunities to fully understand terminology and vocabulary used in math learning. TSVIs, math teachers, other educational team members, and families can support students in increasing their vocabulary and conceptual knowledge.
