Description of CE Program/Activity
 CVI in Early Childhood is a presentation geared toward parents and professionals working with young children with cortical/cerebral visual impairment. It will cover the characteristics of brain-based visual impairments as well as strategies for working with children with CVI. You will learn about the definition and history of CVI (cortical/cerebral visual impairment), description of the ten characteristics of CVI and strategies to address each characteristic. You will also learn how to use various techniques to teach babies, toddlers, and young children with CVI.
