 Available Online - Workshop is available to take live, online through Microsoft Teams video conferencing. Registrants will be provided with a virtual meeting link and a call-in number. In order to participate, one will need access to an internet connection and device (computer, tablet, or phone) to use the meeting link. Description of CE Program/Activity
 *This workshop takes place live, online on June 26th, 2024 from 1:30 - 3 PM, Pacific Time.This workshop aims to introduce VoiceOver users to the Braille Screen Input as a typing method on their IOS devices. The two main goals for this workshop are for participants to become familiar with the Braille Screen controls and to explore the possibility of using this feature as a learning tool for writing Braille.Workshop Participants Will:1. Become familiar with Braille Screen Input as a writing tool for VoiceOver users on IOS.2. Explore the potential of this feature as a teaching tool for Braille writing.3. Discover a free alternative to expensive Braille displays.4. Improve Braille literacy among the community.Equipment Used:1. iPhone or iPad2. IOS 17 or Higher3. VoiceOver
