Harris, Career Counselor & Randall Cook, Disability Resource CoordinatorThis course equips participants to guide clients through an array of job placement services, improving registration efficiency, supporting those with disabilities, and enhancing collaboration with vocational experts. It teaches the use of technology and resources for better job search results, participation in workshops, and crafting effective resumes. The curriculum includes strategies to address clients' criminal records and maximize their Social Security benefits, alongside opportunities for recruitment and networking. It also focuses on specific programs for seniors, veterans, and other groups, ultimately aiming to foster client independence in the job market.
