Description of CE Program/Activity
Presented by: Joseph DiNero and Marcia Hamilton The T.E.A.M. program is for participants seeking advanced computer skills training coupled with universal customer service skills training. The goal of the T.E.A.M. program is to better prepare job seekers for employment by incorporating computer based applications with real-life, job-related tasks. The combination of computer skills and customer service continues to stress the importance of being a well-rounded employee who can perform administrative duties, follow instructions, meet time frames, demonstrate sound customer service and interpersonal skills, problem solve at work, adapt to changes in the work environment and maintain appropriate boundaries. As always, our mission is to produce employment candidates who are competitive and can confidently meet the rigors and demands of the workplace.
