Description of CE Program/Activity
 Attendees will gain invaluable insights into the dynamic relationship between guide dogs and their handlers. The session will encompass in-depth presentations by a diverse panel of dog handlers, along with expertise from a Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist from the New York State Commission for the Blind. Participants will delve into firsthand accounts of life with a guide dog, encompassing experiences from various settings such as home, school, and public spaces. The session aims to equip attendees with actionable strategies for effectively navigating with a guide dog and provide a comprehensive understanding of the collaborative process involved in training these remarkable animals.
