This session offers a comprehensive exploration of assistive technologies tailored for AT TaC Consultants. The event will cover AAC solutions for students with CVI, short-term loan devices for Pennsylvania students, as well as AT for students who need AAC devices for communication, are deaf or hard of hearing, and/or are blind or have low vision. Emphasizing a strengths-based approach, attendees will learn to tailor communication and access strategies, as well as AAC supports. In addition, they will gain insights into the challenges faced by students with sensory needs.
