Trainers: Kevin Hughes and Rachel Ramos - HumanwareObjective:To learn and gain hands-on experience with the Monarch, a multi-line Braille display as well as learn about our latest low vision solution, Prodigi for Windows . The Monarch has been in development for over three years to address the multi-line braille device challenge our customers have been asking for. Prodigi for Windows allows our software (currently running on Android and Reveal 16i) to install on any windows-based system.Attendees will learn about the features and capabilities of this new and innovative Braille display as well as test out the various options used for the Windows application; a document camera for OCR and magnification as well as a third option that would include a Microsoft surface tablet. |
