MCB Managers and Supervisors ONLYAmericans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Reasonable Accommodations: For Managers and SupervisorsIn this interactive training, managers and supervisors will increase knowledge, awareness and ability to navigate ADA accommodations requests from reporting employees.This training will introduce participants to key legislation regarding employees with disabilities; enhance their ability to identify a request for a reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); reduce ambiguity as it relates to the interactive process of determination; and address common missteps that can be made during the interactive process.This training will be conducted in-person and will feature relatable case scenarios (including employer responsibility, interactive dialogue, confidentiality, etc.).In this course you will:-Increase knowledge and awareness of ADA-Understand ability to apply key legislations-Understand common missteps to correct them in the future-Evaluate case studies-Judge proper steps for consumers in the future |
