We know that coding is for ALL LEARNERS, and it does NOT need to be taught in isolation and can easily be built into meaningful lessons to engage all levels of learners. Join in on the conversation about creative ways to build coding vocabulary and structures into a variety of subject matter beyond the scope of traditional computer science. Learning Objectives: Participants will learn about Quorum and block code and how it can be used for programming by individuals with visual impairments. Participants will recognize some of the barriers and solutions to making coding accessible for everyone. Participants will be able to describe multiple tools to facilitate coding opportunities that exist for coders at every level.
