This year's MCB All-Staff meeting will in-person from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. This meeting is an opportunity for us to come together as an agency to share important updates from our executive team to provide team updates. Then we will hear from Dr. Malkin. She is a graduate of Emory University and completed her optometry training at New England College of Optometry (NECO). She completed her residency at the Northport VA Hospital with a focus in primary care optometry, low vision rehabilitation and vision therapy. Dr. Malkin then completed the Lions Vision Rehabilitation Fellowship at Johns Hopkins in 2010. Dr. Malkin will present on New Trends, Treatments, and Research in Eye Care. Secretary Walsh will be stopping in the All-Staff meeting for a quick Discussion and to say "Hello" to our staff. We will then break for lunch. After lunch, we will break out into smaller groups by your role (e.g. RT/VR/O&M/AT) for a breakout session. After our breakout sessions we will start our Discussion regarding our results of the Ideathons until the end of the day to help to better serve our consumers and improve our agency. |
