Participants will engage in an all-day training and learn about the following topics: Digital multimedia accessibility, classroom workflows using the JAWS screenreader, access technology for students with cerebral visual impairments (CVI), and an introduction to various types of braille displays and video magnifiers available from the American Printing House for the Blind (APH). The all-day training will prepare teachers to support students who are using assistive technology for low or nonvisual accessibility. |
