Physical activity is for EVERYbody. However, finding ways to engage students with complex needs can often be challenging and, honestly, a little scary. This session will focus on introducing educators to movement opportunities available in DFW. We will also showcase a variety of movement activities that can be used when working with students who are blind/visually impaired, active learners, who may have Autism spectrum disorder, or Muscular Dystrophy, and/or students who have multiple impairments. Come ready to learn and dress to play! |
