Description of CE Program/Activity
 This is the course description that will be used to share on social media, listservs, and the course website. (<100 words please) This workshop will provide 2 presentations. The first will provide feedback from the participant survey responses from 2022. Review of questions and ways to improve OIB consumer experience will be discussed. The second session will be on self-care for OIB consumers. Staff will learn strategies and resources for self-care that can be shared with consumers.< td>
