Trains, Planes and Automobiles is a training for COMS and their students who are focusing on learning public transportation skills. This training is for students who are in high school. Attendees will learn how to structure and implement meaningful training in this area using all forms of public transportation. On day one, students and their COMS will travel to the airport and learn how to teach their students how to plan and execute travel skills to board a plane. On day two, COMS and their students will use the light rail, TRE train, and taxi services to travel to Ft Worth and experience a scavenger hunt there and then return back to the station. Objectives will be for COMS to learn how to plan these types of ECC events for their students. |
