Description of CE Program/Activity
 In this session of AER LIFT, Lee Sonnenberg and Kathy Welsh Beveridge will guide participants through the process used by AER in the development of the 2023 Strategic Plan. Discussions will focus on why AER began the strategic planning process, who was involved, what data was collected, how the data was synthesized into the development of strategies and action plans, and final implementation of the plan.
