Description of CE Program/Activity
 8-15-23Presenters: Alexa PoynorTime 9-4 pmWhite Cane Day EventSession overview:Attendees will learn the history of the white cane and its impact on independence for people with vision loss. They will hear stories of people living with vision loss and how learning to use the white cane changed their lives. COMS will learn how to create similar experiences back on their home campuses with their students. We will use cane skills and street crossing abilities to do a march in the area of the service center.
