Through partnership with the Vocational Rehabilitation Technical Assistance Center for Quality Management (VRTAC-QM), managers and administrators will participate in session two of employee retention training that will focus on providing managers and administrators over client service programs the following: a review the 8 steps of leading change, explore and determine areas within the agency to improve staff retention and client services, identify a guiding coalition of change teams to implement agency improvements, & creating a change vision to guide organizational change. |
