 Join Alex Yannacone from CU Anschutz to learn how to:Identify the benefits of self-care as a basis for both personal and professional success Learn six areas and habits of intentional self-care Recognize challenges to engaging in self-care and identify tools to overcome barriers Practice exercises (including a self-assessment) to improve ones own self-care habits Participants will receive a self-care assessment tool.
