2023 Supervisors Low Incidence Retreat: BVI, DB, DHOHThis training will provide supervisors an opportunity to delve into low incidence sensory impairments topics. Sessions will explore topics and trends relevant to current practice.The topics covered during this session will be geared toward supervisors of programs serving students with blindness and visual impairments. PaTTAN consultants will review recently released PaTTAN Publications through the lens of a supervisor and identify key components for practice and evaluation. Following the review of publications, PaTTAN consultants will facilitate a discussion on the state of Expanded Core Curriculum (ECC) Programs across the state. We will review existing ECC programs, identify concepts taught, and explore how these programs are funded. The day closes with panel discussion with PACES Leadership. Supervisors will be given the opportunity to present current concerns directly to the state advisory committee leadership for PACES BVI. |
