Through partnership with the Vocational Rehabilitation Technical Assistance Center for Quality Management (VRTAC-QM), managers and administrators will participate in employee retention training that will focus on providing managers and administrators over client service programs the following: awareness of the importance of employee engagement and tools to evaluate engagement, tools on managing organizational change, and communication strategies to implement organizational and culture change for those providing direct client services. |
