Through interactive brick-based activities, participants will play and have fun whilst learning about the LEGO Foundation s Learning through Play approach, the five characteristics for playful experiences, as well as the holistic skills for lifelong learning, which are developed through play. Attendees will be using LEGO Braille Bricks as a tangible and unique example of Learning through Play.-Discover a play-based approach to teaching blind/VI children-Explore LEGO Braille Bricks pre-braille and braille activities-Reflect on how to develop a child s physical, social, emotional, cognitive and creative skills -Find ways to use LEGO Braille Bricks to engage and motivate students -Learn how to apply the concept in inclusive educational settings -Share learnings and ideas |
