Description of CE Program/Activity
 This presentation will provide an introduction to the concepts of mindfulness and mindful meditation. Information shared will focus on the research and evidence based practices used with veterans at Hines VA Hospital and within the Central Blind Rehabilitation Center. Tips for starting a personal practice will also be included.
