Description of CE Program/Activity
 Join us on November 21 as we meet the APH ConnectCenter team while learning and engaging with updates to CareerConnect. Learn about our brand new TransitionHub resource for Transition age youth, our new online interactive Job Seekers Toolkit as well as our innovative Career Conversation and College Conversation series. Our team is ready to meet you and share out these tools to help both practitioners and students in the career exploration and job seeking space. Members of our VisionAware and FamilyConnect team will also be on hand to share out information
