 Registration by October 7th, 2022 Payment no later than October 27th, 2022. To assist in tracking payments, every registrant should send an electronic registration form by email to mdvi.conference@gmail.com. Payment may be mailed to MDVI, PO Box 344, Milaca, MN 56353. If a district is registering a group, a registration check with a copy of the registration form for each person should be sent to MDVI, PO Box 344, Milaca, MN 56353.
Fees
 The registration fee for all TBVI &/or COMS: $150 Costs for the conference are tax deductible when self-paying the fee. ** Reduced fees are not available for partial attendance at the conference.
