Dear Team,At least once a year, MCB offers agency training for new employees. The last MCB New Employee Orientation training was offered in October-November 2021. If you started at MCB after November 2021, attending the program Get Onboard: MCB New Employee Orientation is mandatory. It will begin in the last week of September and will have three sessions. The final agenda might change slightly; however, it is attached, and you should expect to attend in the Boston office and coordinate with your manager/director:9/27, 9/28, and 10/49:00 AM 4:00 PMBoston Office, Rooms #7007 & 7008This training is an important initiative for MCB. A significant component of the New Employee Orientation Program is instructor-led by MCB experts so we each can better understand our departments and how they all function together as a whole.
