They will better understand the 5 parts of the IEP and how to advocate for their child to better their child s access to education and the school setting. Learning Objectives: Parents and caregivers will identify the evaluation process. They will also be able to identify needed information for the Present Levels of an IEP. Parents and caregivers will be able to determine needs and advocate for appropriate Annual IEP goals. They will also be able to identify necessary accommodations and supplemental services the school could provide. The parents and caregivers will be able to better state the service delivery model provided from the school to their child in their educational setting. |
