If you find yourself beginning to work with young children, this workshop will provide you with the foundations of working with the Early Childhood population. We will begin with understanding how Part C of IDEA shapes the work we do with young children and move through the assessment process and teaching methods. The many facets of family collaboration will be covered as it is an integral part of working with infants and toddlers. Finally, the transition phases of home to pre-school and pre-school to kindergarten will be reviewed. |
