It s Movement Time!: The evidence is incontrovertible: Aerobic exercise physically remodels our brains for peak performance. It is recommended that all kids get at least 60 minutes of moderate activity a day. This session will provide ideas and strategies to get all kids moving in order to keep them healthy, alert and ready to learn. Let's collaborate on ideas to promote the development of fine motor skills, gross motor skills, strength, balance and coordination in students of all abilities levels during classroom activities, recess and PE.
