 Description: Producing high-quality digital and embossed braille using Braille 2000 and NIMAS files has never been easier! Register for this series of 6 webinars and learn how to acquire NIMAS files, then format content using Braille 2000 tools. Some knowledge of BANA s Braille Formats 2016 is recommended; it is not required to be an Accessible Media Producer with NIMAC in order to participate. PDF, xml, and images Describe options for file set up on personal computer, in order to facilitate transcription process from the NIMAS file, especially in a large text Session 2 (May 17): Identify NIMAS and Braille 2000 tools for setting up initial formatting of a text, including transcriber-generated pages Create bookmarks in Braille 2000, to navigate quickly between transcriber-generated pages and transcription Use Braille 2000 to set running head for a text Avoid and/or correct potential problems when transferring information between works (e.g., transfer of running heads and page numbers, esp.
