Description of CE Program/Activity
 Course participants will study the work of leading researchers, educators, and practitioners in the field of brain-based visual impairment, including Dr. Gordon Dutton, Judy Endicott, Dr. Creig Hoyt, Dr. Amanda Lueck, Ellen Mazel, Dr. Nicola McDowell, Dr. Lotfi Merabet, Peg Palmer, Tammy Reisman, Dr. Christine Roman-Lantzy, Diane Sheline, Marguerite Tibaudo, Matt Tietjen and more.There are 8 sessions included in this training module that describe the condition of cortical/cerebral visual impairment, its causes and associated medical conditions, and the educational and development impacts of brain-based visual impairment.
