Description of CE Program/Activity
 Participants will describe DDSD (Developmental Disabilities Supports Division) and its role in providing resources to families and students during school and after graduation. Participants will describe NM Commission for the Blind and its role in providing resources to families and students who are blind/visually impaired. Participants will name 3 resources or programs that are available to students in transition services or post graduation.
