 Description: Promising Practices in Early Intervention launches with the first in a 5-part series focused on early childhood education for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with blindness and low vision. Join this webinar to learn how Family Centered Practices (FCP) is the foundational tenant of IDEA Part C (Birth to 3) services. Participants will: explore components of FCP as it relates to building family competencies and capacity; discover the importance of coaching, rather than direct instruction; and learn how to use The Matrix Approach during home visits.
